All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Japan: Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. United States: Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Worldwide: Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Damages

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@petalandglow.store with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
